Since 2019, Louis has been researching how to create a decentralized micro-economy concept to solve the unmet needs of California through the conduit of local talent as the actors of a real story. OptomystiK is a chapter-by-chapter narrative that simulates a process in a story that incentivizes communities to collaborate, like in a story. The process is enabled through an interdimensional technology, the YBR. At the hands of a pirate captain, the YBR becomes the interface for decentralized communities. The name of the story? Louis graduated from the University of Southern California before attending Sacramento State for one year before departing for a 34-year journey in Los Angeles. He worked in consumer affairs, advertising, research, product development, and education. He co-owned a beverage company, Sun Cola, and competed in the Global Learning Xprize under the name "Class Nube"
