Early Life & Education

Louis was raised in a U.S. Air Force family of seven, an upbringing that exposed him early to movement and adaptability. During his childhood, he lived in Texas, Alabama, Panama City, and Northern California before relocating at age thirteen to Madrid, Spain. He returned to California for his senior year and graduated from Ranch Cordova High School in Sacramento.
After high school, Louis attended Sacramento State to study Political Science before transferring to the University of Southern California as a freshman, where he pursued Literary Analysis and Creative Writing. That decision began a 34-year chapter of living and working across diverse Los Angeles neighborhoods, including six years in Venice Beach, four years in Los Feliz, and a year in West Los Angeles. In 2007, he settled in Woodland Hills to raise a family. In September 2025, Louis returned to Sacramento.
